You can place your order knowing that we offer free cancellation prior to receiving your tour kit. Simply let us know you want to cancel your order via email (info@unlockedtours.com) and we will process your refund, no questions asked.

Our Moneyback Guarantee

We have a 30-day "100% Guarantee" policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your tour kit to request a refund if the tour and tour kit wasn't quite what you were expecting.

Damages and issues
We want to ensure you're satisfied with your order, so please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if it is defective, missing items, damaged or if you received the wrong tour or product.

Refunds Process
Once we process a refund to you, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
