Free Same-Day Hotel/Hostel Delivery in Sydney downtown area

We deliver same-day delivery each day to all hotels and hostels in the Sydney downtown/CBD area: 

• Order by 7pm for delivery overnight
• Hotels / hostels must have a front desk where we can leave your tour kit for you (no AirBnB's, sorry).

Free Standard Shipping in Australia

We offer free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia. We use Australia Post and Sendle, depending on the location and order.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

⚡ Instant Download Tours & Escape Games

If you are purchasing one of our Premium Audio Tours or Outdoor Escape Games, these do not require pickup or delivery as they are available for ⚡ Instant Download.

So you can get started right away, you will receive the access code and instructions for your tour in via email.

Pickup @ Circular Quay

We offer pickup of tour kits @ Circular Quay by selecting your pick-up date and time.

Pickup is available:

• between 9.45am and 11.30am
• on most weekends
• during school holidays, peak season and long weekends.

Simply purchase online, select your pickup date and time, and we'll come meet you to pick up your tour kit.
